On May 31 2007, Zeldman.com turned twelve years old. I’ve been reading Zeldman.com for over 7 years and it has been such an inspiration. If you don’t know who Zeldman is, you must read about him. He’s the man behind, A List Apart, An Event Apart, Happy Cog Studios, he has written several books, the latest one being Designing With Web Standards, 2nd Edition.

It is a well known fact that the highest cost reviews through ReviewMe are written by Jeremy Schoemaker from Shoe Money. The review costs $2500, yea you heard it right… a link that will cost $2500. Would you pay for it?
Mitchell “Harpz” Harper from HarpzOn recently purchased a review on Show Money. Now, you have to understand… Schoemaker doesn’t accept reviews from anyone, otherwise his site would be full of poker and porn sites. $2500 might not seem like much money, but would you rather have one review on one site for $2500, or would you rather have ordered 25 reviews on 25 sites? Shoe Money is read by HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of people, but if you think about it, there’s no valid reason to pay $2500 for one stupid link, I don’t care where you’re posting it.
